Do I need an account to book?
No — you can browse and start a booking as a guest. We only ask for your details when you are ready to confirm, and you can verify with a code instead of creating a password.
How do I know a provider is genuine?
Every provider on 24Ghantey has had their identity and business documents checked by our team. Unverified businesses are never listed, and the verified badge on a profile means exactly that.
When do I pay?
Cash bookings are paid directly to the provider when the job is finished. Online payment will be available once a payment gateway is enabled; the option only appears when you can actually use it.
What if the price changes?
The total is calculated on our servers from the provider’s current price and is shown before you confirm. If anything has changed since you started, you see the new total and can decide then.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from the booking page. Any fee depends on how close to the appointment you cancel and is shown before you confirm. Cancelling a booking a provider has already cancelled costs you nothing.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Raise a dispute from the booking within the review window. Our team looks at the evidence from both sides and can order a full or partial refund.
How long does verification take?
Usually one to two working days once your documents are submitted. You can follow the status on your verification page, and we tell you if something needs changing.
What commission do you charge?
A percentage of the service value, shown on every booking before you accept it, along with your exact payout. The rate in force when a booking is made is recorded on that booking and never changes afterwards.
