What you need to register
Verification protects customers and keeps the marketplace worth being part of. It usually takes one to two working days.

Provider questions
How long does verification take?
Usually one to two working days once your documents are submitted. You can follow the status on your verification page, and we tell you if something needs changing.
What commission do you charge?
A percentage of the service value, shown on every booking before you accept it, along with your exact payout. The rate in force when a booking is made is recorded on that booking and never changes afterwards.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Earnings from a completed booking mature after a short hold period, then move to your available balance. Request a withdrawal from your earnings page and we transfer it to your registered account.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You choose which services you offer, what you charge, how long each takes, and whether you price a job fixed, from a starting amount, hourly, or after an inspection.
Can my technicians use the platform?
Yes. Add them as staff and assign them to jobs. They see only the bookings assigned to them, and nothing about pricing or earnings.
What happens if I cannot attend a booking?
Cancel it as early as you can with a reason. The customer is refunded in full and the slot is released. Repeated late cancellations affect your standing on the marketplace.
